My name is Timur Dzhafari.

I am a licensed bodywork therapist (LMBT #16362) and a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. My goal is to alleviate your pain and help you on you way to wellness. Originally from Moscow, Russia I have observed various approaches to treat pain and dysfunction. Indeed, there is no "one size fits all", therefore in my sessions I make sure to customize each session to fit your goals. Whether you want to treat yourself with a classic Swedish Massage or your goal is to ease your pain, I am here to help.
